Has anyone ever considered a class action law suit against dopers and their teams on behalf of cycling fans? This is fraud. I tune into the TDF and Giro and Vuelta (when it is on) and some of the classics under the premise that I am watching a clean race. O.K., I know that there are dopers, but the premise is that they are clean. I have purchased videos and DVDs of races to watch while I am on the trainer, including Tyler's win at L-B-L in 2003. I have money and time invested in procycling. I want my money back. Any lawyers among us care to comment on this idea? I know it is pie in the skie stuff, but I think it might have some validity. The threat of a multimillion dollar settlement for every bad rider and team structure that allows this to happen might be a big enough scare to get some attention.

Just break it into two classes, Dopers and clean. Ever see SNL's "All Drug Olympics"?
