Does anyone have a source for 126mm QR skewers? I prefer the sealed type like Shimanos and not the split cam type.

I have some Campy's, Mavics, Suntours, and inexpensive Maillards. PM me if interested an I'll quote.

I needed a set and bought some new 130mm ones. The nut side screwed down far enough to lock a 126mm wheel in. I just used a grinder to shorten the thread end so it wouldn't stick out.

use a grinder or hacksaw and just lop off 4mm off of a skewer designed for 130mm wheels.
it's actually not even necessary to cut the end off as long as the tip doesn't stick out too far.

I'd cut off the excess. The rod sticking out is sharp enough to do a real job on your leg if you brush against it. It's easy to cut off and file the rod smooth so it is flush or slightly inside the nut.

I thought about doing that, just was not sure if there was enough thread. I will give it a shot. Thanks
