I'm looking at a frame with some parts on it but no fork, 07 or so Conquest Team used frame.
Is $150 plus shipping going to really be worth it for me to build it up? For some reason, the Conquest frames seem to go for low prices on ebay. Should I spring for it and build it up? I've got a few spare parts but the big money is in the wheels and shifters and fork I'd still need.
