Just droppin a line from some of the best riding in the south. 5 min. from dupont st. forest and 15 from Pisgah Ntl.For. If anyone is ever in the area and needs some help on a place to ride I would be glad to help.

Hey there mtnbiker66- I have been to your area a few times in the past couple of years. (I wish it were more) I love the trails at Tsali. You can go there during the week and not see a soul. A nice weekend would cover all four of the trails there. The Thompson Loop does have a spot that could use a better trail marking where it meets a fire road. Ended up there going in circles! I can't wait to go again and I will definately give a holler out to you. I usually stay at that little motel there in Almond. wfin2004

if uv never rode dupont, u seriously need 2 do it. Rode it 2 day, real washed out from hurricane, burnt mtn, seriously steep, loose, and washed. good 4 ft drop, and lots o' fun. Rode bennet gap n pisgah yesterday. very technical trail. probly hardest around. cuple uh trees down, but still a hoot.(yee haw)
