I forget now, but I need to remove the lockring on Italian bb. Which way does come off? Thanks.

Italian BB are right threaded both sides, so lefty loosy, righty tighty.

left (non-drive) side lockrings are easy, they are always RH thread, so come off to the left, or counter clockwise. It's only the RH (drive side cup) where British (ISO) and old Swiss cups are left hand thread, and come off to the right.
