i wish i was any type of shape to offer but i mostly spend my tu=ime in the trail yelling for my bro to wait for me (he he). i mostly ride in the wissahickon, but lately ive been riding at belmont in fairmount park. if you want to come ride one day we dont mind new faces and u may run into someone thats a lil mor consistent.

best time to ride for me is the weekend but my bro can pretty much ride everyday

i ride around french creek and valley fordge... and i ride the West Chester Colledge campus all the time to stay in shape... as for riding slow, thats fine with me... as long as ya take tooo long :)
