I've been lurking these forums for a week or so and have found this site to be a wealth of information. I'm a new cyclist, I started riding in May of 2004 as a way to get more active and lose some weight. My wife & I bought a couple of bikes and have ridden at the pace of about 100 miles per week. Unforutnately I now ride alone due to a new addition to the family being on the way (our first). Despite riding alone, I'm still riding twice a day and taking some longer rides on the weekends when time allows.
Anyway, great forum and just wanted to sign up and say hi.
