I was rather lazy this morning (*shame on me*) and didn't ride. But I went out later to take pics of the town (playing with my Digi Camera) and visit some equipment haunts (Europe Bound and MEC) to see what was in for winter coat sales. In MEC, I noticed they have the Lake Winter MXZ300 (http://www.lakecycling.com/mxz300.html), on sale no less! Reg: $329 Sale Price: $211 :eek: I couldn't pass up these deal. While VISA might annoy me at the end of the month, this should make colder morning rides easier and should help me extend my cycling season some. That makes it worth it, IMO.

Plus I always love new toys! :D

I saw those recommended at Icebike.com and asked my LBS to order them. They said they their distributor doesn't ship that boot to Canada! I'll have to check out MEC too. Hope it's a national sale price and not just local to your store, that's a great deal....

Well, they didn't have them at my local MEC or on their Website. However, I was able to order them through their 800 number (and at the sale price :D ). Thanks for the heads up, my winter commuting clothing list is almost complete!
