I was wondering what kind of maintenance do you guys do/try to do daily, weekly, monthly, yearly on your bikes(fixed). I do the occasional/after wet rides lubing of chain and a few other moving parts and I like to keep my bike looking clean(I wipe off any dirt/sand on the bike). My question is: Is this enough? I'm afraid that I might be missing something important or not doing enough to make sure each ride is smooth and nothings slowing me down. If possible, could you inform me what it is you do? Tips/Suggestions would be great! Thanks:thumb:

Its not exactly maintenance, but if you want to keep your bike in prime condition, the number one thing is keep it stored inside (in the garage doesn't count), that way your bike is not subject to weather, humidity, lots of dust, etc.

Lube your chain and make sure everything is tightened properly.

Occasional wipedown after a rainstorm, kept inside, pump up tires, lube chain once in a while, adjust front brake. Quite easy.
