I am trying to determine what year my mother's bicycle was produced and what its current value is. I suspect she purchased it between 1930 and 1945.

The serial number is A7169.

I plan to sell this bike, but would appreciate any information on when it was produced, what its' value might be or where I could go to learn that, and what method of sale is most effective, i.e. ebay, craigslist etc.

Is it possible to ship a bike like this?

Thanks,

It appears to be a 1935 model.

Still trying to determine market value.

I don't know how much you're looking for, but ebay is probably your best bet. I wouldn't be surprised if that bike went for $400 +. Good cosmetics, original headbadge, tank...there is definitely a market for those bikes.
