Let's do keep this nonpolitical.......or it'll get moved to P&R. OP, if it gets moved, I'll give you access.

This is an eye opener.
I know now that if I get the chance to play a game against the Reaper in barter for my life, do not pick bowling.

Man - I haven't seen that for years!

You should check out some of the motor accident prevention ads (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=transport+accident+commission&aq=0) that are done in AUS - just as fun and high on the shock factor.

That's an amazing link. Thank you.

Some of these Transport Accident Commission (the TAC is the compulsory insurance scheme) ads have practically become famous in pop culture, and many of the phrases in them have become common colloquial language.

Examples: The first one ever was the "this is lucky Phil" drink driving ad, then the 'TISM' (band called This is Serious Mum) song 'Greg the stopsign' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg!_The_Stop_Sign!!) and a common joke (and I saw it on the front/back of a t-shirt) of "If you drink and drive, you're a bloody idiot" followed by "but if you make it home, you're an f***ing legend!"
