I "loosely" measured the inseam of my leg to be around 29 inches. That was enough room for my bales to have about an inch of breathing room. Is that a good measurement for bar hight?
Bike got stolen (probably for good reasoning it was cursed since the day I got it.) Problem was it was a tad too high.
Do I go by the stand - over hight? I keep seeing numbers for 52 cm 56 etc. But 29 inches to CM is roughly 76 cm or so.

If you got a 76cm bike it would be like riding a tall-bike!

You should always pick your bike according to your reach/torso, that means the top tube length is far more important than seat tube's length.
