Charity Events - Cycle Kenya in support of HM Heroes!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home is a national charity, based in Worthing. We provide nursing care and rehabilitation for those with physical and/or neurological disabilities - predominantly for those who have served with HM Forces.

We receive no government funding and need to raise over £1.3 million per year to provide our residents with the quality of care, comfort and independence that they deserve.

We are looking for cyclists who are up for a challenge to participate in a sponsored cycle across Kenya in support of our very deserving residents. This life changing trip will take you over the equator, through rural Kenya and you may even spot some of “The Big Five” lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards and rhinos along the way.
If you are interested and would like to find out more call us on 01903 218444 or email fundraising@qahh.org.uk .
