This past weekend I participated in the Rona MS Bike Tour in Riding Mountain. I have got to say when we started on Saturday morning I thought there was no way I would finish. But after getting up the mountain in a time much quickier than I thought I would. And coming back down to finish the whole thing was some of the most fun and rewarding thing I have done in a long time. I'd love to get into more of these events. Its a great personal challenge to see if you can push your self and its for a great cause. Does any one know of more events like this in the Southern Manitoba area.
