Advocacy & Safety - the signal

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I hope that my province goverment think that is a waste of time and money put to much signals in the road. They only put few signals telling you all about the road, like a resume.-
The signal says: Mr. driver: Drive with prudence, zones of curves and hard slopes. precaution!
I don't know why they don't put at the end: No desespere (take it easy)

That's brilliant! I'd like to see a 'Mr. Driver: Drive With Prudence.' sign on every road in this country.

While on Christmas vacation in Kentucky, I saw a great sign on the highway. It was designed with a sense of humor and to get the attention of the driver to slow down in an area where there was road construction going on. It said:
Whoa there! Save the racin' for the horses! :D

They installed an electronic sign here on the Gold Coast a while ago that flashed up a "watch your speed" message every time someone drove past at more than the speed limit. It ended up like a permanent display whenever there was any traffic around. It's now been removed. I think they deemed it a complete failure.
