Say I ride tomorrow morning using the rear skewer that came with my trainer. Nothin' wrong with that, right? It wont blow up? I want to ride tomorrow morning but my skewer I usually ride with is GONE. :(

no problem at all. its probably stronger than your normal one.

If it's the same length, and the wheel doesn't fall off, then no problem.
