Update 9/25/2010
Tested the XT Dyna-Sys Cassette 11-36T, XT Dyna-Sys RD SGS 773 and Ultegra 6600 shifters. It didn't work at all. The Dyna-Sys have a different pull ratio than road shifters. It only works with the XT MTB Dyna-Sys shifters. I will stick to my SRAM 11-32T set-up.

That's about what I'll be doing if I don't get any stronger yet keep riding the steep climbs.

I tried the 11-32T for 12 miles hills and flats and shifts very well. I took off the 11-32T and just installed 12-36T and will try it on hills. I'm selling the 11-32T used only for 12miles for parts testing.
