Anyone feel like going to the store, buying me some, then bringing it over here?

Depends how much you want to drink yourself. Maybe an 18, just to be on the safe side.

Best pick gnome up on the way over.

I've got about 20 gallons in the basement, and another 20 in fermenters. Need to get the friends over to help empty some kegs....

Bummer dude, and I drank a Maiden the Shade (http://www.ninkasibrewing.com/?page=beers#maiden) myself, I would have shared had I known earlier......
I have also had their Sleigh'r; it totally rocks (pun appropriate!).

Great minds think alike. :thumb:
Have you had the Maiden the Shade yet? It's a special edition. 7 hops. Graphics in honor of Iron Maiden, done by Jerry Garcia's granddaughter.

If you ever find any on tap, Diamond Knot (made in Mukilteo) Industrial Strength IPA is also very good, and they are not afraid of the hops.

My SO drinks DK when he can. I like hops, but, I have to selective; IPAs usually make my nose run. Maiden the Shade is so far the only Ninkasi that doesn't make my nose run. I now can enjoy a Ninkasi w/o the side effects!

Have you had the Sleigh'r yet? I just sampled it this past week. It's a winter beer but not; completely balanced but not boring-balanced, if you know what I mean. And, you can't but grin at the pun.

It is not easy to find Ninkasi on tap north of Seattle. The brewery does not maintain a list of who is pouring their beers. If you know of such a list, I would be grateful. There are many of their beers I would like to try without having to drive to Eugene.

This is the saddest thread I've read all week.

I have only seen it on-tap once myself, and that was at Naked City --- had the Sleigh'r on tap last weekend. They rotate their beers quite quickly, you could call and ask if they have any on tap before going all that way. Eat before you go; the food there is perfectly edible but just not exciting enough for me to bother.

Sorry, I missed this earlier. Yep, I'm sorted now. (Had to go get it myself, mind)
