I used to have a pair of neoprene cycling gloves that were perfect for cool-to-moderately-cold riding. They eventually wore out. I'm all set for the ultra-cold riding, I have a pair of the swanky Specialized SubZero something-or-other layered glove systems...but I'm looking for something with good dexterity that will keep my fingers warm in the 27-35°F range.
