I'm getting a Specialized Hardrock A1 FS 2002 model on Friday!!!! Anyone have this bike? Do you like it? This is my first mountain bike, and I hope to have fun with it. Although I won't be using it for as much off roading as ya'll probably do.:D

Specialized has applied the "Hard Rock" name to various models over the years. My son's has served him well, although I did have to replace the bottom bracket last year (and went for a crank upgrade at the same time).

Enjoy your purchase, and get it dirty this weekend :D. Over here in the UK, we have a Bank Holiday, so I'll be looking forward to getting a few miles in on the saddle.
