I have a suntour arx rear derailleur on my nishiki mixte, and it has been having trouble for some time shifting onto the largest rear cog (32 tooth). In the best limit adjustment I can find, it will shift fine into this cog on flat ground, but under load, it will hesitate for several seconds, and then shift onto the wheel OVER the cog (thank god for my dork disk!). I did add a link to the chain in order to help with this situation, and it seemed to help a little, but the problem has not entirely been corrected. Maybe my chain is still not long enough? What do you think I should try next?

If you have horizontal dropouts you might try moving the rear wheel a bit, I think I've noticed this effect shifting before.

Which way would you recommend moving the wheel in the dropout? If I recall, I have the rear wheel set farthest to the rear of the dropout to aid with fender clearance by the brake bridge. So, I thought the extra link I put in the chain would mitigate this, but maybe not so? I can't move it too far forward before I get some rub between my tire and fender.
