Once in the Netherlands, I was pretty sure I saw a bicycle pump which was locked to the bike frame via its bracket. Mine, on the other hand, wasn't and was subsequently stolen :( I would like to leave my pump locked to the frame without it getting stolen - does anyone know of any locking brackets or similar solutions?

If you Bike shops cannot provide one, made for you, I Think you have to create one , cut from sheet metal probably.
I have my pump inside my Carradice saddle bag. out of sight.

My [Mk2] Brompton has it's pump on the rear stay, older version, pump not a good one,
So I have a Topeak Road Morph in its front bag.
