Seems that one my of my brake levers are starting to stick. The cable looks clean, but i have been caught out in the rain a few times.

Any particular places to check/lube? and what type of oil should i use?

1) Check that a lip hasn't been worn into the pad anywhere, this may cause it to stick
2) Disconnect the cable from the brakes anchor and see if it's the brake or contamination in the lines that's causing issues.

After getting caught in the rain, I use Triflow to re-lube the pivot points on my calipers, and a little inside the casing (hard to get the tube in just the right place, but worthwhile when you do). Of course, I also do a good cleaning of all components, and a check of brake pad surface (for imbedded debris). If after these steps it is still sticky, then I use operators #2 and figure out where it is sticking. Then take the appropriate action.
