Arrived today, unpacked it and stuck the parts where they belong.

If you had bought that bike from an LBS you would have already had photos and stuff in the first post. This is exactly the kind of corner-cutting you get with BD.

Yeah, dunno what he was thinking.. Could have paid twice as much at a LBS and gotten lesser grade components and rode out that same day! I'm sensing a shill here... :p

I love mine!!!! little flexy, but has served me well in many different rides... road group rides, gravel road rides, TT/TRI with aero bars, a century, and cross racing
wheels are crap though

Name calling and the internet are like peanut butter and jelly, aren't they?
I'm a LBS "shill", and I don't know anything about motobecane frames. I don't know if they're good or if they suck. Do they release any data or talk about what technologies they use? Do they focus mainly on the shifting components when talking about the bikes? (hint - shifters/derailleurs change gears, they don't help you go or stop). I've seen some good looking bikes of theirs, but I just don't know if they're any good or not, and I don't trust internet reviews from people who don't know what they're looking for whether they be good or bad.
I do know that if you don't know what you're doing, you should find someone who does know what they're doing to put your bike together for you if you ever want to go down a hill fast on it.
