Hello All,
Thought I'd register as it's always useful and pleasent to be in contact with like minded people.
I'm 46, have been riding for several years, but mainly just commutting to work (15 miles round trip).
This year I've cycle almost every day, I've lost about 3.5 stone (50 pounds) in the process and just
bought myself a flat bar road bike so I can get a bit more serious. I'm doing about 100 miles a week.
