Look, when your on a bike and your on the road priority #1 should always be you. Not traffic laws.
Cool design though.

Funny how the Koreans can't seem to get their products over here in a reasonable manner. Almost like they don't want to make money. The Level bags for instance.
I dig this except for the giant hello kitty activator.
Might be better with standard colors for the lights.... Last thing I want is a drunk mistaking my green backpack arrow for a green turn arrow.

This is such a cool concept! I hope it makes production.

thats pretty cool. quite useless in the daytime, but it'd be pretty helpful at night.
I'd still take a superflash over that thing any day of the week.
Plus I probably would get pulled.... or worse, run over with one of these on my back:

Needs to be brighter with more seizuring white flashes. And perhaps some drums and bass music thumping music .

It's too cute for me to wear. Although my girl might like it.

hah that's pretty cool but drivers won't give a f@#$
Last thing I want is a drunk mistaking my green backpack arrow for a green turn arrow.
If that start happening, I'll build one with only a big left turn arrow, and turn it on when I'm crossing bridges.
The device looks like Apple made it ? Not a bad thing. But anyway, how about a lightweight bluetooth controlled device & sign as a universal product ? Regardless of whether you hang it on you back with a nylon cord, a nylon strap or attach it to a backpack ?
BTW, make messages caution yellow or warning red, ianjk brings up a very good point about the green color.

saw a few patents pop up for helmets with turn signals, but couldn't find one for sale

Neat ideal, but too specialized. Don't need one way of signaling a turn at night when wearing a pack and other ways for all the other times that I may be riding.

The things that really got my interest was the actual presence of a turn signal switch.
Things like the color of the lights and Asian emoticons are too nit-picky for the overall awesomeness of the bag.
I mean, based on the video the bag knows when you are breaking, and walking, along with the turn signaling. The LED's seem to be interwoven into the fabric so there's no scrolling window, just a clean fabric look. it does a good job of catching the eye and if you can program it's messages then that's even better as drivers would be more apt to noticing bright flashy things that didn't resemble the bright flashy things they normally see on a day-to-day basis. It looks like a decent sized bag to boot.
If they could find a way to make the signal switch a bit less "there" then it'd be even more awesome. You know, clean lines and all.
I posted this thing in the "Electronics" forum here and got zero replies. ****ers. Should've known the SSFG was the place to be involved. :)

Unless they change the colors to normal orange, yellow, and red; tone the graphics to a bare minimum; cops will pull you over for creating distractions on the road.

I can only imagine the "I forgot to turn my blinker on"... or even worse, that jackass that goes down the block with his blinker on, but never turns!
