Ingredients
2 measures Scotch whisky
1 teaspoon honey
½ measure freshly squeezed lemon juice
250 ml hot water

Directions
1. Add the honey and lemon juice to a mug and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the honey becomes very runny.
2. Pour the hot water into the mug
3. Add the Scotch whisky to the honey and lemon and stir well.
4. Serve piping hot.

It may not fix whatever's wrong with you, but at least you'll have had a whisky toddy.

Take 800-1200mg mucinex and go for a short bike ride. Honestly, it sure helps me blow out germs and feel better. If you don't trust yourself to be out on the road, ride the trainer for 30 minutes or so.

Hey, this IS a bike forum. :|

^ same here. This one was stubborn...4 days. I usually am past the worst part in a day or two.
Drink lots, then drink some more.

We all just went through one in my house. It was little Jacob's first illness in 7.5 months of life. He was VERY :( for a day or two. My wife was unhappy for a few days, but I barely felt it at all. Yay for immune systems!

Sick with what? If its a cold or congestion then take some vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin) and actually, take some vitamin D regularly until next summer. Its not a good sign that you have run low on vitamin D this early in the year.
