Road Cycling - Time Shoes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I found a great deal on Time Equipe Pro CX road shoes. Since I cannot find a local shop that has my size, does anyone have any ideas on how they fit? Large or Small? Wide or Narrow? I wear a 10.5 US and would have a narrower (not naroow) foot.
For example, Nikes fit me great in a 10.5 everytime, where Reeboks are wide and loose fitting on me. I currently wear shimanos in size 45. I've had other brands fit well in 44's and 44.5.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a size10 foot according to my nike crosstrain shoes. Just tossed out some old time shoes that were 43. I bought specialized shoes tried 44 and 43 bought 43. Not a wide foot, pretty normal I guess.

I found a great deal on Time Equipe Pro CX road shoes. HJR Doesn't really matter how good a deal the shoe is. I don't really think you want to contemplate buying a shoe that you can't even try on. There are too many variables - if they're close, you're going to rationalize keeping them because you don't want to hassle with paying shipping and insurance to return them - assuming they're even returnable. Then you'll suffer with them for however long you can stand it (which may be a long time if you don't really know what a good fit is) and you'll wish you would have bought something that you could try on...the common lesson is buy the best one that fits. The only way you'll know what fits is trying a bunch of different brands/models on.
Good luck :)

I bought them recently (as well as the altium) and find them to be a tad tight for my flat feet with relatively thick Champion socks. I believe there geared towards narrow feet, I'm a size 9 and according to Nashbar I can fit either the 42 or 43, I picked the 43 based on the fact that I have a pair of older Time Criterium in that size and they were snug. On the other hand you really can't tell until you try them out because I've got a pair of 42 Time Sport that fit my flat feet much better in the toe box but are a little loose in the heels (probably worn out).
I hope I didn't confuse you more.

Bump to this....
BTW, Time fit similar to Carnac. If you're a 46 in Sidi, Time will be more like 45.

Bringing back an old thread to life. Anyone with experience with TIME shoes? I was browsing around on ebay and they look pretty good. Like others have said, I'd be hesitent to buy shoes I can't try. I'm looking for an entry-level shoe that I wont grow out of anytime soon. I am currently using my mtn bike shoes with spd's on my road bike. It works fine for me now but eventually I'd like to switch to SPD-SL's and road shoes.
While I have not tried this particular shoe, my 2004-ish Time MX shoes are THE singular most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned, and after taking them to a cobbler to have the heel cup fixed, have to retire them as they now slip worse than a road shoe. I bought a back up pair before they went to the buckle (I cannot stand buckles on shoes - what are we, Pilgrims?). FWIW, I have a pretty normal width foot. I went as far as to call the contact for TIME products in the U.S., somewheres in Minnesota I think, and they had no more of what I was looking for. Their presence in the retail world is less than robust.

resurrecting for the second time.
Any one with experience with the new Ulteam RS carbon that are thermo-moldable? I can have those for a reasonable price for a full carbon sole shoe. How should they fit at the store before the molding?
Thanks
