I got my board back from Quazzle. (BTW...not only does he make great boards...his customer service is the best...thanks again, Serge!)
I forgot that we had our "Moonlight Ride" this coming weekend, so I threw this triple XP-E board from LuxRC.com (L332.MC-E) into the only housing that I had laying around. (I sold everything else I had)
Anyhoo...this housing is the one that I was going to do the thermostat with cooling fan, but as suspected by other members...the fan really didn't make an impact on anything so I removed it. The up side is that this housing has more surface area than any of my housings to date, so there shouldn't be any cooling issues to speak of.
No beamshots yet I suspect but I may like it best of all so far given the XP-E's tighter beam and longer throw.
May I introduce to you...

If you look at the L-Bracket in this first pic...there are two different angled cuts going across it...just fo da heck of it.
