After several bucking off a 5 step stairway (around 2-3 ft high) with no problem or incidents, I headed to the parking lot. For some reasons when I buck off the 7-inch curb my right wrist was hurt. Right now I can't even hold the McDonald tray up with my right hand alone.. I can ride the bike as long as I *push* my right hand against the handle bar, but it hurts if I *pull* away from it. :(

What do you suggest to help recover my wrist as soon as possible? Salonpas? :( I know I have to give up my bowling this season.. *sigh*

Sorry to hear you broke your arm man.
I used some Advil as pain reliever and it feels better now.

Now that I recall when I took off the curb, I didn't have enough speed so my rear wheel didn't clear the curb, it ended up hitting the curb forcing the front wheel down to the ground hard.. and this messed my wrist up.

Have fun and be careful people! It sucks if you have to give up your favorite sport for even a little while.
