I don't think I've posted much of anything in about a month. So, what's up?

I've been doing acupuncture and its performing miracles on my left IT band. Two rounds of PT, exercises, and two years of being injured clearing up rapidly after just 12 treatments - a lot of it went away after the first week. I am just amazed. I can run again, I can ride again... I just have to be careful and not overdo.

I'm also looking seriously at East Coast positions within and outside my organization because I've got to get closer to my children in Connecticut, for a variety of reasons. Put in for a job in Philly, one in Cambridge, MA and for some east coast civilian positions with the Navy... crossing fingers.

I actually take the time to read almost every new thread now instead of 1 or 2 on an entire page; things are picking up again, it seems!

Yes, I noticed couch's increased activity.

I am currently pondering why so many chicks don't like the band Rush. I did date one girl in college - a huge techno geek/nerd like me - that absolutely loved them, and had seen them in concert several times. I am thinking that my next relationship/crush is going to have to allow me to blast "2112" in the car on a regular basis. I mean, what's wrong with some Canadian power/prog rock?

Probably the same reason that chickens don't like to listen to Eminem.

Absolutely nothing... unless you're a woman, apparently.
