Greetings from a 54yo from Omaha - lots of long rides, little on mntn bike
have done 3 bran's (Nebraska) 2 ride-the-rockies and 2 ragbrai's
All of Wabash trace (out of Council Bluffs) and KATY
Six weeks w (now 21yo) second son.
Noticed a thread commenting on Juv Diabetes - Feb will be
40yrs for me, and (thank god) can still see and pee!!

Welcome! I live NE of KC, MO, so about 2 1/2 hours from Omaha. How does the Wabash compare to the KATY? I ride the KATY some and keep meaning to get up there to the Wabash.

Great job taking care of your DM. I am a doctor and I know that patient self care for diabetes is far more important than what I do. Keep riding your bike, that is great for the sugar!!
