Installed new BB; have dura-ace cranks and exo BB. First time with this type. I'm used to adjusting the old style BB, where you could feel things by rotating the spindle. Now it seems much harder to guess proper adjustment. When you tighten left side crank down, aren't you putting compression on the bearings? I spin the cranks to get some idea of tightness. Any tips would be appreciated.
