This is my 1st year with a trainer and I have tried a couple of the Spinervals and so far I do like them alot. I feel at this point, I am not good enough to be doing some of the more intense workouts though. Are there any good Spinerval videos out there more geared towards the beginner/intermediate level? I want to focus more on technique than heavy workouts at this point.

Interval training isn't a very good way to build technique - as you're more interested in the power and speed, than the smoothness/technique of your pedalling (although the former helps with the latter).

The great thing about the Spinerval DVD's is that you choose the gears you want. If you can't hold the gears suggested by Tony, then just use a gear more comfortable for you. As you get stronger, you'll get closer to the perscribed levels.

I personally have 27.0 and 29.0 - both are amazing workouts for the beginner to absolute expert.
