Anything that'll make it lighter and that'll make it perform better.

Crankset from FSA Vero...definitely. <$125.ish
Saddle already a given to a Fizik Aliante.
Bar...I might make my own out of an aluminum Cannondale C3 I have.
Wheels...anything lighter and best suited for the streets. ,$300.
Tires, tubes...Continental GP4000Ss + some lighter tubes.

Generally, anything that'll give me a better riding experience.

Brakes...I'm liking Ultegra SL's for it.

Sounds about right.
Going to run 28's.
I'm 210lbs @ 5'9".
Even when I drop to my regular 190ish,
I'm still going to need a strong set.

FSA vero's are fine, but if you want you can order Trutativ omnium's for 165 dollars, the only thing that would be a good upgrade - however, vero's are fine for city riding and such.
300 dollars for wheels is good. Get a set of Open Pros to dura ace hubs for 325.
GP4ks are great.

What are you using it for? Lockup/city bike? What are you upgrading from?

Those Trutativs are nice.

I have a brand new Vero double crankset I didn't even let the dealer mount on the
bike they came OEM on (had an Ultegra SL Set installed before it left the LBS).

DA hubs on OPs for $300.?
Is that even possible?

1) What are you using it for?
2) Lockup/city bike?
3) What are you upgrading from?

1) Aggressive urban riding.
2) HELL NO! I live in New York!
3) OEM Lager bits:

RIM Alex R500, 32H, Double Wall w/ CNC Sidewalls, Stainless Spokes
FRONT HUB SE High Flange Alloy, 32H, Hollow Axle, Sealed Bearing,
REAR HUB SE High Flange Fixed Free Alloy, 32H, Hollow Axle, Sealed Bearing, 17T FW & 16T Cog

If I remember correctly, these wheels weigh somewhere in the neighborhood of 2350g.
