Well,
I have a 2001 marzocchi Bomber fork with 80mm which was pretty damn good when I bought it ($700). Only thing is, when i'm on even a very smooth trail, and hit some mild bumps, my fingers feel like they are being bounced from there sockets. I don't have death grip, and am pretty relaxed on the bike. Now, I lifted the front wheel and dropped it onto pavement and it bounced about 3 times. I was under the impression that a properly tuned fork/ rear shock should completely absorb the impact and remain planted on the first drop. Should I be in the market for a new shock, a marzochhi shock tuner, or something totally different?
thanks
