So is this bike the same as the rentals at the Superdrome? I know those have Sugino 75 cranks on them. The only problem we've had with them is that the aluminum track ends don't have steel inserts, and the dropouts get badly torn up when the track nuts are tightened.

ya i've ridden this bike at the track in Dallas. Very good on the track. Maybe a bit harsh on the street but w/e it's badass haha.

every now and then you'll see one on the local craigslist completer w/ 75's for ~$300 or so...
the superdrome tends to clear 'em out every couple of years.

yep my friend got a khs complete with 75 cranks this summer for 300, switched them out with his, and sold the bike for 350 after... lucky guy.
