I just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone out there. I just turned 56 and need to get off my a** and get active. (It might have to do with needing to lose about 35 pounds and taking high blood pressure meds...but that's just a guess) I got a Trek 2.3 a couple years ago and haven't used it much this season so I think it's time. As usual I have "perfect" timing..meaning that I happen to live in Oregon and the crappy weather is coming up....:)
