Beautiful cat. The only thing I have about that weird position is that he/she is balanced precariously on that ledge. While very agile, cats can fall & become injured or worse just like anything or anyone else. They are not made exceptions by gravity.
With my past & present cats, I discourage these balancing positions on edges.

I was glad to see the person with the camera didn't startle the cat so it fell off the balcony. Although it's kind of a small cat and the balcony is plenty wide for it.
