A lawyer charged a man $1,000 for legal services.

The man paid him in cash with crisp new $100 bills. After the client left, the lawyer discovered that two bills had stuck together -- he'd been overpaid by $100.

The ethical dilemma for the lawyer: Should he tell his LEGAL partner?

A biker (The Harley kind.) walked into a bar frequented by lawyers and said in a loud voice. “All lawyers are *****holes.)
The bar went silent, then a man slipped off his barstool and said. “I find that statement offensive.”
The biker asked. “Why, are you a lawyer?”
The man replied. “No, I’m an *****hole.”

I think the first joke is...

should he tell the business partner about the extra money he got? (as in.. he's not giving it back to the guy)
