Chrome other than fenders and the frame is a bad sign, that means steel = heavy. Value is limited. They appear to be very clean, which is a big plus. But they are entry level bikes, and are a brand that buyers are not seeking (entry level Raleighs, Schwinns, and Peugeots for example get more interest).

Around here, about $100 for the mens bike, a little more for the womens bike due to the style of handlebars and the fenders, maybe $125. If you are in a hot market, you might do better.

I have a Japanese Sekine for which I paid $50 earlier this summer and thought I got a good deal.
