Yep, I have the smoker fired up. Whole smoked chicken for dinner, with irish new potatoes

Here's the before

Why do you like to torture us... it's cruel and unusual punishment, even for you! After my ride today, I get canned soup so there!

Well, I am a cat person. You are too, so you should understand. :p Charter a Lear, fly to Purdue airport, PM me for my phone number, and I'll hook you up with smoked chicken. ;) It'll be ready in about 2 1/2 hours.......

I eat chicken enough in a week. I sure am not going to cook a chicken on the grill. Just like when the wife and I go out to eat; We sure are not ordering chicken.

I made barbecued ribs for dinner - baked potatoes and cabbage on the side. :thumb: I don't have a smoker, so I was using our gas grill. They took a while to cook, but boy were they delish.

Lemon pepper? Looks tasty.

I've been making jerk chicken a lot lately. The recipe for the marinade I use calls for between 4 and 16 habenero peppers:eek:

So far I'm up to 7 and still going.

Nope, Butcher grind black pepper, garlic, onion, Cajun seasoning, and sea salt with a butter rub. Also, clarified butter injected under the skin.
