What do you guys use to remove adhesive from your bike?

E.g. bar tape residue, stickers on wheels, etc...

Try using lint-rollers, tear off a sheet (plastic sheets, I haven't tried paper ones), and you can use it to pull off the adhesive (that hasn't already collected tons of lint/dust and become inadhesive).

Minneral spirits, alcohol and sometimes gasoline.

Add in WD40, dishsoap and nail polish remover and you have most of the items I have used.

I use a hair dryer to heat up stubborn stickers. Finger nail polish remover to take off the leftover adhesive.

goo gone and a diaper cloth/dry sponge.

seriously. if you can't get it off with that, you are a lifelong failure.

WD40 and a rag. Goo gone would probably work better though. heat gun for stickers.

Or just go to the hardware store and buy anything that's labeled "adhesive remover".

Fingernails are for adhesive removal.
