I just started riding again after a 20 year hiatus. I had a Peugeot from 10 years, but I sold when I thought I was moving to another state. I put off replacing my bike for another 20 years as I couldn't get my ex interested in the sport. In December 2008, I decided to take up bicylcling again and bought myself a used Bianchi.

I ride mostly by myself right now so for safety reasons I stick to hike and bike trails where I don't have to worry about cars overlooking a lone cyclist. I would eventually like to join a bike club but I'm still trying to build up my endurance as well as my nerve.

I'm a slow starter but at least I start. It's just that I get stuck in idle for too long. LOL.

It takes a while to get up to snuff.
I rode 1,000 miles before getting on the roads.
