It's a Lotus Elan running a 42x16t. The rear wheel is a Gepeimme Special track hub on a Galli Top Pro tubular rim, with a Hutchinson Tempo 1 training tire. The front is currently a Mavic MA40 rim laced to a Dura Ace hub, with a narrow Michelin Hi-Lite Supercomp H.D. 700 x 20c tire. It has a dual position front brake setup and rides really smooth. Don't tell my doctor. but I rode it inside of the bike shop and in the parking lot to my truck. I need to glue the rear tire on before it's truely road worthy but it's safe as is for a short flat, test ride. The wrench, and shop owner both ride fixies, so they are good at getting a good chainline set up. Finishing cost was $23, including labor. The gearing is the same as on the Schwinn, but it feels different on this somewhat lighter bike. I resisted doing a longer test ride at the park since my helmet was at home and I'm on medical restriction. I'll take and post pictures of these soon. :D
