The weather man said it would be in the 40. But, while riding in, it had to be in the 30s or lower. Unfortunately, i did not bring my better gloves. So, my fingers got chilled. It is nice to have the coolder temps. How is the rest of the country?

I thought it was finally going to get cold in central Texas, with lows dipping into the 50's over the past two weeks, but instead it is starting to get warmer again, with lows climbing back into the 60s and highs near 90. This is expected to continue indefinitely. Ah well, gonna have to wait longer to try my new cold weather gear.

upper 30's and low 40's in the morning, 60-65 in the afternoon. Should be dropping a bit by the end of the week. And... the rainy season should be starting in a week or two.

70's and 80's last week. 60's this week. No rain to speak of. Maybe Sunday.

Nice and warm. Mid 30s in the morning and mid 60s in the afternoon. Gloves and T-shirt in the mornings and just a T-shirt in the afternoons. Shorts too, especially for us old folks.

Sucks to be U...tah. It's 75F and sunny, up here. :P

Just kiddin'! It was 22F this morning, got up into the high 30s for the ride home. Ice on a few of the bridges stayed through the day, and I passed the first set of studded tires of the season while riding home. Not enough ice for me to stud up yet, but I think I'll break out the helmet tomorrow.

Low 40s here. Supposed to drop into the low 30s next week.

Fresh coat of snow on the mountains, which is nice to see.

I'm in Utah too. I love this cold weather; no more sweaty clothes or bike lanes filled with incompetent one-season riders.

Utah as well, West Valley and West Jordan

First time I have commuted in these temperatures.

Look out I'm one of those one season riders!
I feel competent, maybe biking in the cold will make me as competent as you Dave.. You cool guy! :thumb:

+ 100 to that. I just hate when the MUP is filled with people taking up both sides and havin a nice leasurly walk and when you pass they give you the impression that you are intruding on their own personal trail. Most of the people on the MUPs are just fine. It is the few that give them a bad name.
