anybody who doesn't like riding outside during the winter use any workout videos during trainer rides?

I usually just watch TV to pass the time but I'm sure I could be getting more out of my workout. Any recommendations?

i like the spinervals videos. keeps me interested and gives me a better workout than i'd get just listening to music or watching tv.

If you're doing proper interval/power output/heartrate controlled sessions, you shouldn't need to watch anything. You'll be too busy counting down the seconds to the end of the current hard bit to be able to take in what's happening on screen.

yeah, I'm not. I'm not that serious about it, or it's just not that serious anyway. I ride for enjoyment and a certain level of fitness but I'm not the type to get carried away.
