Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hello,

I have been in search for a new bike for a while, but I have ultimately chosen with the Forge Sawback 5xx as it is the best bike in my price range. But, I have heard that there are a lot of coupon codes for various things like 20% off and free shipping and etc, but I cannot find them and don't know any. I am guessing I'll buy it through Target.com directly, or through Amazon.com if it is any easier or cheaper. I will specify that I am looking to buy only the matte blue or possibly the charcoal versions as they are 19" and that is probably as small as I am willing to go for frames (I am 6', 255 lbs).

does anyone know of good codes to use for my purchase?

Never heard of a Forge bicycles. Ah wait. I see they're sold at Target and Amazon. Can't help you. Never bought a bike from either place.

One question -- Why are all your posts in dark olive color and such a large font? We can read posts in the default Bike Forums font just fine.

I was actually hoping to keep this thread on the topic, but I guess we can't all get what we want.

I am not sure why I use this SPECIFIC font and color, but when I type any documents, I use bold Palatino Linotype size 16, and this is the equivalent.

I used to use Monotype Corsiva in 16, which here was Palatino Linotype in bold and italics, but when I posted on Sax on the Web Forum people complained that they couldn't keep track of the italics.

I have noticed that I type really long posts very frequently, and this font is a bit easier to keep track of than the plain font in huge chunks (in my opinion).

I have just gotten used to this font, and in some cases it has become my signature (sometimes when I post on other forums, people from Sax on the Web Forum recognize my font and posting length), so I just stick with it despite some people questioning, mocking, and even showing extreme displeasure for my font and size choice.
