I snapped the stub axle on my cheapo kid trailer (turned cargo trailer). I can't seem to locate parts for it; says "CD Cycle Design" on it.

Any leads on where to find replacement stub axles?
If I can't find anything I'll have to use a threaded rod and locknuts with the old cones and hope for the best

I don't know what hubs your trailer has, but the style of hub which bolts on like a pedal is often referred to as a sulky hub (http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q=sulky+hubs). If you search, you might find one that uses the same axle as yours.
