was this past Saturday. If you have never done it, consider it for next year. It's the most scenic club ride in the general area that I have ever done. Because of the fierce winds, I only did the 61 mile route. The 80 and 103 have over 6,000 and 9,000 ft. of climbing, respectively. The 61 has somewhere around 4,100 ft. I don't understand why this ride is so small. (Only about 180 people this year.) Maybe reputation has something to do with it. Most of it is total eye candy, and the 61 mile route is completely manageable.

If this is northern Delaware, that is a beautiful area to ride in if you know what roads to stay away from. Have they released what the route was? I'm curious.

The start is at the Gore facility in Newark. You make a left out of the parking lot and cross into MD pretty quickly and don't return to DE until the very end, so you barely spend any time in DE. The rest is in MD & PA. The llongest route gets down near/to Susquehannock State Park. I have the cue sheet at home.
